We take ownership in ensuring that products are available when and where customers want them. Our demand planning system enables an incredible amount of choice for customers. By managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and creating programs with in-stock products available for immediate purchase, we continuously improve our supply chain practices to meet evolving market needs. Customized inventory at each regional fulfillment center keeps relevant products in stock based on localized customer insights, ensuring prompt availability.

Fast and Reliable Delivery

Timing is crucial, and delayed products can lead to lost revenue and increased costs. Our extensive network, comprising 51 distribution facilities and a private fleet of over 800 trucks, supports our customers’ success by enabling us to deliver to 93% of the U.S. population in less than a week. With more than 4,500 customer deliveries daily, we have the scale to meet diverse needs while maintaining a focus on making each delivery a priority. Our in-house maintenance ensures our fleet remains in optimal condition, supporting timely deliveries.

Shaw Now, our centralized online platform, allows retailers and flooring dealers to communicate and connect about their orders, schedule deliveries, check pricing and freight rates, and more.
