Beyond Balance, a conference for working women and those who support them will take place at the Dalton Convention Center in Dalton, Ga. on March 5, 2024. The event is co-hosted by Women’s Innovation Network (WiN), a Shaw Industries associate resource group, and Women in the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI), a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization. Virtual attendance is available.

Brenda Knowles, vice president of customer experience for the Shaw Industries commercial division, and board member of the non-profit WIFI, shared, “While the women’s leadership conference is designed with the focus of women who work in the flooring industry as the main participants, it is also open to women who work in other industries, and in their communities through leading and volunteering with non-profits. The event is about broadening support for women and how women navigate success in the multi-faceted roles we play in an evolving work environment and world.”
Attendees will enjoy a full day of educational sessions and networking, including a keynote by women's leadership speaker Tara Renze. A pre-conference networking reception will be held the evening of March 4, 2024, at Shaw Industries in Dalton.
